A baby, who is believed to have been born under the rubble of his home, was rescued in the northern Syrian city of Afrin after the devastating earthquakes that affected Turkey and Syria, BTA reported, citing the Daily Telegraph.

A video has gained popularity in the information space, showing how the newborn is pulled out from under the rubble by rescuers who take him to a safe place.

The baby is believed to have been born under the rubble in the hours after the 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck southeastern Turkey and northern Syria.

Twenty-five people were detained today in Belgium as part of an investigation into Chinese prostitution and its network with branches in Spain.
