[Reporter Xie Jieyu/Nantou Report] The Election Committee of Nantou County today conducted a lottery operation for the by-election of legislators in the second constituency of Nantou County. Candidate Cai Peihui of the Democratic Progressive Party won the No. 1, Lin Mingqin of the KMT No. Candidate Lu Yujun No. 3, non-party candidate Chen Congjian No. 4, the whole draw process was smooth.

The by-election of Legislators in Nantou County's 2nd Constituency District will be voted on March 4. There are 4 candidates. Today's lottery operation will start at 11:00 a.m., and it will be carried out in the order of registration. The No. 4 was drawn, followed by Cai Peihui who drew the No. 1.
