The National Anti-corruption Bureau announced that the Deputy Chairman of the Sumy Regional Council, Vadym Lysy, is
wanted
on suspicion of non-declaration of information.

"NABU is looking for the deputy chairman of the Sumy Regional Council on suspicion of non-declaration. Lysyy Vadym Viktorovych, born on August 22, 1983, is suspected of having committed a crime under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," the message reads.
The law enforcement officers informed Lysom about the suspicion of entering false information into the electronic declaration for 2020.
According to the investigation, the suspect did not declare the loan received in 2017 in the amount of 1.6 million hryvnias, which he took as collateral for a non-residential premises with an area of more than 520 square meters.
