Many cyber-attacks are sent to government agencies through e-mail.

"APA-Economics" informs that Tural Mammadov, head of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security (SSIS), said this during his speech at the "I Summit meeting of IT heads of state institutions".

According to him, the state e-mail system's own protection system examines these e-mails and constantly checks whether they contain harmful substances.

"That's why sometimes government agencies say that we send some e-mail and there is a speed problem in its delivery.

We will fix this problem in the new email service.

But this delay is related to security checks," said Tural Mammadov.
