Among them, the 44-year-old Jin was driving the OHCA crane, and the other A 34-year-old worker surnamed Chen who assisted in unloading suffered head trauma.

The Gaoshi Labor Bureau received a report and went to investigate. It was found that the mobile crane on the pallet truck was not extended to the maximum limit, which caused the pallet truck to topple, and the scaffold on the truck fell and injured two people. The workplace has been ordered to suspend work , and a fine of NT$30,000 to NT$300,000 will be imposed according to law.

The Gaoshi Labor Bureau pointed out that for the new construction at No. 43, Bagua Section, Renwu District, Kaohsiung City, the engineering company hired two workers named Jin and Chen. The outstretched support of the pallet truck was expanded to the maximum limit position, causing the pallet truck to tip over, causing the scaffolding on the pallet to fall and crush 2 people.
