"Ukrenergo" will conduct measurements of electricity consumption capacity in the Donetsk region to determine current indicators.

In connection with this, stabilization and emergency blackouts will not be applied in the region tomorrow," the message reads.

It is emphasized that such a step is necessary in order to determine the correct limits when using graphs.

"If your electricity goes out tomorrow, it may be due to an accident or enemy shelling," Ukrenergo warned.
