[Reporter Li Rongping/Taoyuan Report] At the intersection of Nanyuan 2nd Road and Huaxia Street, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, at around 11:00 today, strange hands who were working on the sewage and sewer project accidentally excavated 20 centimeters underground and covered with cement. The second brigade of the Taoshi Fire Department dispatched reservoir trucks to the scene to protect the water line. According to Xintao Gas Company's estimation, there are about 300 Household users were affected by the gas outage, and there was no gas available. As of the evening, emergency repairs had been completed and gas supply resumed.

Xintao Gas Company responded in an interview that the excavated pipeline was located at a shallower level, so cement was used to protect the pipeline. The gas supply switch near Nanyuan 2nd Road was turned off for emergency repairs in the afternoon, affecting about 300 households.

The Peach City Water Bureau said that the general gas pipeline is installed 1.2 meters above the ground, but this section is only 20 centimeters, and the gas pipeline has not been placed with a warning tape. It will be followed up to find out whether the construction drawings are correct and whether it has been opened. Dig in the correct position to clarify the attribution of responsibility.
