An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.8 on the Richter scale was registered today in Greece.

The epicenter is 73 kilometers southeast of the Halkidiki peninsula and 10 kilometers from Ormilia, reports Nova TV. 

The tremor was registered at 12:53 p.m.

There are no reports of casualties or damage.
