The relevant decision on the procedure for passing the military hospital commission by conscripts who have reached the age of 27 is fixed by Government Resolution No. 92 of February 1, 2023, which entered into force on February 2.

The resolution states:

  • During martial law, conscription for military service is not carried out.

  • Since the introduction of martial law, conscription commissions have been formed in districts (cities), the personnel of which and their work schedule are approved by the head of the military administration.

  • District (city) conscription commissions are responsible for organizing and conducting medical examinations of persons who are on the military register of conscripts and have reached the age of 27.

    This is necessary to include them in the military register of conscripts or to exclude them from the military register.

Notification of conscripts who have reached the age of 27, their arrival at the conscription station and their medical examination will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the preparation and conduct of the draft of citizens of Ukraine for fixed-term military service and the acceptance of conscripts for military service under a contract.

That is, summonses will be sent to them.

Conscripts who have reached the age of 27 must come to the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP) to replace the registration certificate with a military card or a temporary certificate of conscripts.
