A young man died, and another is in danger of life after the serious accident in Plevensko, the police announced.

We remind you that the accident occurred after a head-on collision between two cars on a main road in the area of ​​the village of Obnova.

The accident was reported at 12:50 p.m. on February 6.

The injured were the 30-year-old driver, who entered the oncoming lane, and his companions - 24-year-old, 18-year-old and 36-year-old - residents of the town of Samokov.

Assistance in removing the bodies from the bent sheets was provided by a team of the fire department from Levski.

The driver and the 24-year-old have been admitted to a hospital in Pleven for treatment, in serious condition and life-threatening.

The young man later died.

The driver of the other car - a 64-year-old man - was uninjured.

His breathalyzer was negative.

The prosecutor's office has been notified and the case is being investigated.
