On February 7, a large fire broke out on a gas pipeline in the occupied Makiivka in Donetsk region, the flames of which can be seen in the regional center.
This is reported by local and Russian media.
Thus, the Russian Telegram channel "Mash na Donbass" transmitted the statement of the occupation authorities that six 155 mm shells were allegedly fired at the city.
At the same time, Ukrainian officials have not commented on this information so far.
It should be noted that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on February 7, Russian troops shelled Makiivka along with more than 30 other settlements in the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions.
It will be recalled that on the same day, five powerful explosions were heard in the Maritime district of Mariupol, where the Russian occupiers had previously brought a lot of weapons.
At the same time, in the deep rear of the enemy in the Luhansk region, Ukrainian partisans destroyed the automated railway control equipment.
It was there that the Russians transferred their forces to hot spots.
