The Russian PJSC "Gazprom Nafta" is creating its own private military company and the relevant order was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mykhailo Mishustin.

This was reported in the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, publishing an image of the order of the head of the Russian government.

"The energy monopolist Gazprom Nafta is creating its own private military company. The relevant order was signed by the head of the government of the Russian Federation, Mykhailo Mishustin," the Ukrainian intelligence agency said in a statement.

They specified that the signed document establishes that the founders of the organization will be Gazprom Nafta with a 70% share in the authorized capital of the organization and

the private security organization Staff Center

 with a 30% share.

Regarding the creation of the organization, the Russian government refers to the law "On the safety of facilities of the fuel and energy complex", which states that

enterprises of the industry "may be granted the right to establish a private security organization."

The size of the share of such an enterprise in the authorized capital of the newly created organization cannot be less than 50%.

"In this way, the "arms race" continues in the Russian Federation among the main political players who are actively creating private armies following the example of Yevgeny Prigozhin's "Wagner" PMC," the GUR summarized.

It will be recalled that at the beginning of January, the Russian oppositionist and publicist Andriy Piontkovsky drew attention to the fact that "private armies are growing like mushrooms after the rain" in the Russian Federation.

According to the oppositionist, these armies are preparing for a civil war inside Russia over the redistribution of property, because they understand that the war in Ukraine has been lost.

It should be noted that at the same time, the owner of PVK "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin found himself in a difficult situation, because he is running out of volunteer prisoners to participate in the war against Ukraine.

That is why the Wagnerians have already begun to call NATO soldiers to join their ranks, reported Russian political analyst Olga Kurnosova.
