[Reporter Chen Enhui/Taoyuan Report] 11.3 kilometers west of National Highway No. 2, before the ramp of South Taoyuan Interchange, a collision accident occurred at 9:45 this morning. 4 cars, 1 small truck, and 1 concrete mixer truck were suspected The concrete mixer truck overturned on the spot due to the slippery road in the rain and the collision without keeping a safe distance. One of the cars, the 44-year-old driver surnamed Lin, was once trapped and deformed and lost signs of life in the car. The other 47-year-old man surnamed Zhou was lightly injured. He was injured and sent to Chang Gung Hospital for treatment. The details of the accident are still to be clarified by the Sixth Highway Police Brigade of the National Highway Police Bureau.
The National Highway Police stated that because the accident occurred in front of the South Taoyuan Interchange, occupying the 2nd lane inside the main line and the South Taoyuan entrance ramp, and reminded passers-by to change lanes, the North District Traffic Control Center of the Expressway Bureau opened at 11:50 Traffic on the outside, and this accident also caused vehicles to be blocked from the South Taoyuan Interchange to the front of the Dayan Interchange.

The 119 Service Center received a report from the public at 9:46 in the morning, saying that there was a car accident 11.3 kilometers west of National Highway 2, and immediately dispatched 3 fire trucks and 2 ambulances from the Central Road Team, a total of 12 rescuers, to the scene. A car, a pickup truck and a cement mixer truck were involved in an accident. A male driver surnamed Lin was trapped at the scene and had no breathing and heartbeat. Another person surnamed Zhou was slightly injured and sent to Chang Gung Hospital.
