The Russian occupiers continue to regroup in separate directions.

The main efforts are focused on conducting offensive actions in the Kupyan, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Novopavliv directions.

This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for February 5.

Criminal attacks on civilian infrastructure

During the day, the occupiers launched 4 missile strikes, 2 of which hit the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv.

As a result of the impact, the five-story building of the higher educational institution was completely destroyed.

There are five wounded civilians.

2 Russian missiles landed in Druzhkivka, Donetsk region.

There, 4 high-rise buildings and a kindergarten were damaged, 4 civilians were injured of varying degrees of severity.

In addition, the enemy carried out more than 40 attacks from rocket salvo systems, in particular, on civilian objects in Kherson.

Enemy shells damaged residential buildings, there were dead and wounded.

The General Staff reminds that the threat of enemy air and missile strikes remains on the entire territory of Ukraine.

Threat from the north

In the

Volyn, Poliske, Siversk

and

Slobozhansk

directions, the situation remains unchanged, the enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine, but no offensive groups have been detected.

Areas of settlements of Senkivka, Chernihiv region, were shelled;

Sopych, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Volfine and Oleksandrivka in Sumy Oblast and Gur'iv Kozachok, Strelecha, Hlyboke, Krasne, Zelene, Gatishche, Vovchansk, Varvarivka, Zemlianka and Dvorichna in Kharkiv Oblast.

The situation in certain directions

In the

Kupian

direction, the enemy fired at the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Kucherivka, Kislivka, and Kotlyarivka in the Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in the Luhansk region.

On the

Lymanskyi

direction, Terny of the Donetsk region and Makiivka, Ploshanka, Chervopopivka, Kreminna, Dibrova and Terny of the Luhansk region came under fire from the Russians.

In the direction of

Bakhmut

, the occupiers were hit by fire in Spirne, Berestov, Bilogorivka, Krasna Gora, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Kurdyumivka, Ozaryanivka, Zalizne and New York of the Donetsk region.

In the

Avdiivsk

direction, Semenivka, Avdiivka, Orlivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka came under Russian artillery fire.

In the

Novopavlivsk

direction, Vugledar, Novoukrainka, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva and Neskuchne in Donetsk region were hit by tank, mortar and artillery fire.

In the

Zaporozhye

direction, more than 20 settlements were affected by the fire.

Among them are Novopil, Olhivske, Poltavka, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Stepove and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the

Kherson

direction, in particular, Kherson, as well as Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Kachkarivka, Mylove, Beryslav, Vesele, Mykilske, Antonivka, Dniprovske and Honcharne of the Kherson region were shelled.

In total, there are more than 15 settlements.

What in the occupied territories?

The occupiers continue to send medical personnel from Russia to the occupied territories due to large-scale losses.

Thus, in Pokrovsky, Luhansk region, on the territory of the local dispensary, a field hospital with Russian medical personnel and surgeons was deployed.

In the city of Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, the invaders forcefully evict civilians from their homes in order to settle local collaborators who support the occupation authorities and work as part of the enemy's so-called "law enforcement agencies".

The owners are ordered to leave their homes and move out into the street.

The occupiers conducted searches in the settlement of Krynka, Kherson region, in order to steal boats, water engines and other equipment for moving by water from the civilian population.

Strike back

During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces made

9 strikes

on enemy concentration areas.

Ukrainian units of missile forces and artillery hit

2 areas of

concentration of enemy manpower and an ammunition warehouse.

The General Staff also reported that starting tomorrow, Ukrainian crews will begin training in the operation of Leopard tanks.

Earlier, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov stated that a full-scale war could be avoided and named the conditions.
