On February 5, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov announced the provision of aircraft from partners to Ukraine.

He announced

this

at a press conference on Sunday.

"Today, in terms of receiving weapons, we received everything, only planes remained. I can add to your optimism - there will be planes too, the question is simply - which ones," said Reznikov.

According to him, Ukraine's need for aircraft is as strong as it is for air defense.

It is known that the allies can provide both F-16 and other aircraft.

The Minister of Defense also noted that Ukraine will become the second country in the world in terms of the number of CAESAR self-propelled artillery installations after the producing country.

"For example, in terms of CAESAR systems, you and I will be second in the world after France, the country of the manufacturer. Now 12 more CAESARs will arrive, which were announced by the French Minister of Defense after my visit. Plus the decision of the Kingdom of Denmark to transfer CAESAR to us, they ordered them for themselves from the French manufacturer ", the minister said.

He added that from Monday, February 6, training of Ukrainian crews on Leopard tanks abroad will begin.

"We clearly understand how much, when, which country will give us. We clearly understand that from tomorrow, from Monday, the training of tank crews outside of Ukraine on the Leopard will begin," he said.

Weapons for Ukraine

German Chancellor

Olaf Scholz

declared the existence of a consensus regarding the non-use of Western weapons by Ukraine on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Instead, all military facilities

of Russia

are legitimate targets for strikes by Ukraine, said People's Deputy and member of the parliamentary committee on national security Fedir Venislavskyi.

At  the same time

, Washington

sees no boundaries in its desire to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.

The transfer of increasingly powerful weapons is a purposeful escalation of the US conflict.
