The head of the regional military administration, Oleg Sinyagubav, reported that one of the rockets hit a residential building in the center of the city, the other hit the building of the local university, which was seriously damaged.

"Suspilne" publication writes that the Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy named after A. M. Beketov came under attack.

Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Tserakhov clarified that, according to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out by S-300 missiles.

He also reported that "it is known about a fire in one of the residential buildings."

According to Oleg Sinyagubav, as a result of today's rocket attacks on the center of Kharkiv, 5 civilians were injured.

In particular, a security guard of the university was injured, he was given medical assistance on the spot.

Another 4 people were injured as a result of a rocket hitting a residential building: a 54-year-old woman and three men aged 51, 55 and 58.

Now medics provide them with the necessary help.
