After the announcement of the air alert, the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Synegubov called on the city's residents to stay in shelters, as the occupiers launched a rocket attack on the city.

Subsequently,

explosions rang out

in Kharkiv , and it became known about the "arrival" in the city center. 

Later, the mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov reported that the Russians attacked the city

with two S-300 missiles

.

Shells hit the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. 

After it, information about the victims of the rocket attack

Thus, the spokeswoman of the National Police of the Kharkiv Region, Olena Barannyk, reported that four residents of the apartment building and a university guard were injured.

According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the Russian military launched a missile

attack on the Kyiv district of Kharkiv at 8:20

a.m.

The occupiers fired at the city with two S-300 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. 

One of the rockets hit the five-story building of the higher education institution and caused serious damage,

a guard was injured.

Another enemy rocket hit near a residential building.

Four residents were injured:

a 58-year-old man, two 54-year-old women and an 83-year-old woman.
