In this regard, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, instructed to bring to Odesa all powerful generators that are available at the Ministry of Energy within a day.    

He wrote about it in Telegram.

He also instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to contact Turkey for additional support in the form of ships power plants," the post says.

situation is difficult, the scale of the accident is significant, it is impossible to quickly restore power supply - in particular, critical infrastructure.
