According to the survey of passenger satisfaction by the Zhongshi Transportation Bureau, the overall satisfaction rate reached 93%. Co-location, tourism demand, and cross-county and city services are planned. In addition to basic private transportation, it also attracts tourists to drive local innovation and other industrial economies, benefiting residents in the Lishan area.

The Lishan area, with an average altitude of 2,000 meters, is the most remote area in Taichung City. Ye Zhaofu, director of transportation in Taichung City, pointed out that in order to make up for the last mile of public transportation in rural areas, a new Lishan No. 1 bus route was opened in the Lishan area this year. It is the Lishan Happiness Bus. In the four major tribes of Xinjiayang, Lishan, Songmao, and Huanshan in the area, it plans fixed schedules and flexible routes, and makes reservations for rides through mobile apps and telephones. It is legally transformed into urban bus passenger transport. Small passenger cars come to connect, and take care of the basic people in the Lishan area from door to door. Ye Zhaofu said that the city government continues to review the Lishan Happiness Bus service and collect feedback from passengers. It has jointly conducted a public bus satisfaction survey with the Central District Research Center of Feng Chia University. Most of the passengers are over 55 years old, and the purpose of the trip is as follows Wenjian station, medical treatment, and commuting are the main ones. The overall frequency of boarding is 4 to 6 times a week, and about 60% are made by telephone.

The survey focuses on the ride service items, which are divided into 7 major items, including vehicle punctuality, body appearance cleanliness and identification, vehicle interior cleanliness, vehicle ride comfort, use of vehicle credit card machines, route information in the vehicle, and station signs at each station. In other words, the average score of ride-hailing services is above 4.7, among which the cleanliness and identification items of the car body have the highest scores.

In addition, for the service personnel and reservation service platform, it is divided into drivers’ service attitude, driving safety, customer service personnel’s service attitude, and reservation service platform information. More than 4.5 points, the Bureau of Transportation has conducted passenger satisfaction surveys, and the overall service score is 4.69 points, with a full score of 5 points, the satisfaction rate is 93%.
