The Security Service of Ukraine showed a video showing the exchange of prisoners from the Russian Federation on February 4, as a result of which 116 defenders returned home.

The corresponding video appeared on the page of the SBU in Telegram.

Law enforcement officers emphasized that the exchange was the result of the work of the Joint Center for the Coordination of the Search and Release of Prisoners of War, which implemented the decision of the Coordination Headquarters on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. 

"The life of every Ukrainian is the highest value! We are working to fulfill the President's order and return every Ukrainian from captivity!"

- the notice says.

We will remind, on February 4, 116 defenders who were in enemy captivity returned to Ukraine.

Among them are defenders of Mariupol, Kherson, Bakhmut and other Ukrainian cities. 

In particular, 87 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine returned home, two of them from the SSO, as well as eight soldiers of the National Guard, seven defenders from the National Guard, six from the National Police, five from the State Security Service, two from the Navy and one representative of the State Emergency Service.

Among those released from captivity are two officers and 114 privates and sergeants.
