According to the Pentagon, after the US, the second Chinese balloon was seen in Latin America.

A Chinese spy balloon has been seen flying over Latin America.

The Pentagon said on Friday night that a similar balloon was seen in the sky in Latin America, a day after it appeared in the US.

In a statement, Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder said without specifying the balloon's exact location, "We are looking into reports of a balloon passing over Latin America. Upon assessment, it appears to be another Chinese surveillance balloon."

Earlier,

, said that an alleged Chinese spy balloon was seen in US airspace, whose size is said to be equal to "three buses".

This incident happened a few days before Foreign Minister Antony Blinken's visit to China.

Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Pat Ryder told reporters here on Thursday, "The US government has detected a spy balloon and is tracking it."

It is still flying in US airspace.

NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) is keeping a close watch on it.

On the whole issue,

Along with this, China expressed regret for the airship straying into American airspace.
