The Wenxin tea factory has been in operation for nearly 60 years, and it is the third generation when Zhong Mingxue takes over.

Zhong Mingxue, who has been familiar with him since he was a child, took over early at the age of 17 due to his father's death. While still in school, he led a class to pick tea in the mountains. After graduating from high school, he went to China to study at a university in the Department of Tea Processing. After graduation, he returned to Taiwan to work in a tea factory. Zhong Mingxue pointed out that the tea factory mainly grows Oriental Beauty Tea and Taoying Black Tea. It operates from farming, manual tea picking, and production. The tea is all organic farming, and manual weeding is also safe medicine. Zhong Mingxue said that the tea factory will be refurbished and industrially upgraded in the future, hoping to promote Taiwan's unique beauty tea to the international market and be known by more people.

Zhang Shanzheng said that agriculture is the foundation of Taiwan's food and clothing. Taoyuan has outstanding performance in many fields such as rice, tea, beekeeping, young farmers' cultivation, and farmers' association management.
