The USA will allocate a new aid package to Ukraine.

It will include high-precision long-range GLSDB missiles produced by Boeing worth up to 200 million dollars.

As the publication reports, the missiles are now only on order from the manufacturer.

In Ukraine, they can appear nine months after the conclusion of the contract.

Note that the combat part of the ammunition is designed to hit fortified targets up to 150 km away and can penetrate up to a meter of reinforced concrete.

In addition, they combine a small-diameter aerial bomb guided by GPS satellites and an army missile.

The US also introduced a 250-pound small diameter bomb with GPS guidance in 2006.

The peculiarity of the weapon is that after launch from the HIMARS installation, the bomb separates from the missile in flight, opening the mini-wings, and flies to its target determined by GPS.

The new package is also known to include Claymore anti-personnel mines, 155mm Excalibur GPS-guided rounds, Patriot missile support equipment and Mk 153 man-portable rocket launchers.

that the long-range weapons provided by the USA will allow to hit targets up to the coast of the Sea of ​​Azov from the territory controlled by Ukraine. 

At the same time, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine 

Oleksiy Reznikov 

stated that Western weapons will not be involved in attacks on the territory of Russia.
