The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Center seeking its reply.

In the next hearing, the Supreme Court has sought the complete original record related to the ban from the Centre.

Answer has been sought from the Central Government in 3 weeks.

The next hearing of this case will be in April.

The Supreme Court refused to hear before this.

Let us tell you that the petitions against the ban on the BBC documentary made on Gujarat riots were heard in the Supreme Court today.

In this case, apart from journalists N Ram, Prashant Bhushan, TMC MP Mahua Moitra, advocate ML Sharma has filed a petition calling the ban arbitrary, malicious and unconstitutional.

Advocate Sharma has also demanded punishment for the culprits of the Gujarat riots by conducting an investigation through an SIT on the basis of the evidence given in the documentary.
