The issue of gas transit through the territory of Turkey to the Balkan countries has been resolved.

According to APA-Economics, Azerbaijan's Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov said this during the press conference on the results of the 9th meeting of ministers within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor Consultative Council and the 1st meeting of the ministers within the framework of the Green Energy Consultative Council held in Baku on February 3. .

According to him, there is no issue regarding transportation to Turkey.

Currently, preparations are being made for delivery to the Balkan countries via Turkey.

"There is no need to sign any special document related to transit.

Relevant documents related to transit works were signed at the time", Parviz Shahbazov noted.
