Residents of Slovyansk, in the Donetsk region, should be prepared to evacuate in the event of a further approach to the front line.

This was announced by the mayor of Sloviansk, Vadym Lyakh, on the Freedom TV channel.

"Today we see that the front line is slowly but approaching. This poses a danger to all the cities that are nearby. The closer the front line is, the more shelling there will be," he said.

The mayor emphasized that Sloviansk is being shelled from a short distance, just like Kramatorsk and Druzhkivka.

This makes it more difficult to track missiles, which increases the danger to civilians.

It will be recalled that the former platoon commander of the "Aidar" battalion, Yevgeny Dyky, stated that the invaders will not be able to capture Slavyansk and Kramatorsk by March.

We also recently reported that the invaders launched a rocket attack on the center of Kramatorsk.

As a result of the incident, one house was destroyed and dozens more were damaged.

So far, four dead are known.
