[Reporter Liu Qinghou/Taipei Report] A 39-year-old motorcyclist surnamed Chen was riding along Zhongyang South Road in Beitou, Beishi City, when he encountered a crowd blocking the road.

The Beitou Sub-bureau followed the line and arrested the four members of the Eight Generals involved in the case, and sent them to court on suspicion of injury.

The police stated that at 6:32 p.m. on February 1, when the Beitou Sub-bureau was performing round-the-border duties, a fight was discovered in front of Lane 130, Section 1, Zhongyang South Road. .
