In the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, on the morning of February 3,

"cotton" was reported.

The local authorities declare alleged "shelling" in the Starodub district.

This was reported by local Telegram channels and the governor of the Bryansk region Oleksandr Bogomaz.

Local residents complained on social networks about the explosions that were heard at 05:00.

The authorities of the region explain that they are connected with the work of the Russian air defense forces.

They allegedly managed to "shoot down four missiles".

According to Bogomaz, there were no injuries or damage. 

It should be noted that traditionally, representatives of the Russian authorities blame the Ukrainian military for the attacks.

 It is noted that the village of Chervonozhovtneve, Glushkiv district, was allegedly shelled.
