Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the decision to transfer F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine should be made by the North Atlantic Alliance.

He said this in an interview with Bild.

"This should be NATO's decision, and not only Poland, but also many other countries should take part in it," Morawiecki stressed.

He added that in the event that NATO decides to transfer aviation to Ukraine, Poland will definitely support such an initiative.

We will remind, earlier the head of the Polish government, Mateusz Morawiecki, said that Poland is ready to hand over 60 PT-91 tanks (a modernized version of the T-72) and 14 Leopard 2 to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
