On Thursday, February 2, in the Kyiv region and in

Kyiv

, the lights will be turned off according to stabilization schedules.

The volume of electricity consumption predicted for the region has slightly increased over the past few days.

This was reported by DTEK "Kyivski Elektromerezhi" and DTEK "Kyiv Regional Electric Networks".

For the capital, consumption restrictions are provided at an average level

1057 MW/day and 684

MW/at night, and for the Kyiv region

 -

755 MW/day and

629

MW/night.

It is noted that such volumes will cover 68% of the capital's electricity needs, taking into account household consumers, industry and critical infrastructure, and 53% in the region.

DTEK urges consumers to use electricity sparingly, especially during peak hours.

This will help to avoid large-scale accidents on power grids.

"We ask you to use electricity sparingly, especially during peak load hours - turn off all devices from the outlet during the blackout period. After the lights appear - turn them on one by one," the message reads.

Outage schedules in the capital can be checked by following the link, and in the region - on the company's website.

As reported, at present,

lights are turned off according to schedules in almost all houses of Kyiv

.

In order to avoid emergency shutdowns, it is necessary to adhere to the specified limits of electricity consumption.

YASNO says that outage groups are formed not by the number of buildings, but by the power they consume.
