[Reporter Fang Zhixian/Kaohsiung Report] On the basketball court of Xiaogang Junior High School in Kaohsiung City, someone used an orange traffic triangle cone as a basketball to shoot and hung it upside down on the net. The green anti-collision foam on the pillar was also cut. In the afternoon, it was revealed that it was a prank by three alumni who had graduated for one or two years after reviewing the surveillance footage. The three also admitted their mistakes, and they will be punished to return to school for labor service.
"Condemn acts of vandalism! Basketballs, triangular cones, stupid people can't tell the difference!" Love our home in Hong Kong! Can you play well? Do you still want to continue to play? Thank you Yun Wen Yun Wu, teachers and students, for their brave actions and taking the initiative to remove the triangular cone on the basket.”

Zheng Yuanshun, the principal of Xiaogang Junior High School, said that because the campus is open to the public, people in the community come to the school for sports in the morning or evening. They were dumbfounded when they saw the picture of "triangular cones hanging upside down on the basketball net". As a prank, the three graduated from high school, grade 1, and grade 2 respectively.
Zheng Yuanshun said that in order to avoid the "broken window effect", 3 alumni have been contacted, and they also admitted their mistakes. The school asked them to return to school next Monday and fined them to clean up the garbage and fallen leaves on the campus.
As for the green anti-collision foam on the pillars being cut with a knife, the three alumni denied that they did the damage. Since the surveillance cameras did not capture the person who did the damage, further investigation is needed.
