Preliminary investigation by the police found that the main reason for the scattered limestone powder (calcium carbonate powder) was that the driver did not confirm whether the goods were bound up before departure. As a result, when the vehicle was shaken, the binding rope became loose and scattered all over the place. The driver is fined.

Limestone powder was scattered on the ground at the scene, and from a distance it seemed that the Binhai Road was snowing.
