By the Saturday make-up day (4th), the rainfall area will be further expanded.

The Bureau of Meteorology said that the northeast monsoon is strengthening. The daytime high temperature in northern Taiwan is 18 or 19 degrees. The temperature in the central part and Hualien also drops slightly, about 21 to 25 degrees. Other areas are still 25 to 30 degrees. As for the low temperature in various places, compared with yesterday , about 15 to 18 degrees, and the temperature difference between day and night in the central and southern regions is large; in terms of rainfall, the moisture on the windward side increases slightly, and there are local short-term rains in the northern and eastern half of Taoyuan, while other areas remain cloudy to sunny.

In terms of air quality, on the 2nd, Yilan and Huadong Kongpin districts were rated as "good"; northern, Zhumiao, central, Yunjianan, Gaoping Kongpin districts and Matsu, Kinmen, and Penghu were rated as "average", and some areas in Gaoping And Matsu and Kinmen may reach the orange alert level in a short time.
