A new home owner said his staircase and walls were scratched after deliverymen left a sofa stuck on the staircase.

Luke Ansell ordered the sofa from online retailer Designersofas4u.co.uk after moving into a brand new home in Bournemouth, New TV reports.

He said

that the sofa company's delivery men carried him to the stairs but left, saying they didn't have time to carry him to the room

.

The company disputed some of the facts, saying it would replace the sofa and pay for repairs to the house.
