Recognition of the Holodomor as a genocide of Ukrainians

21 countries in the world have already recognized the Holodomor as a genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Many countries made this decision in 2022, when Russia began a new genocide of Ukrainians.

Deputies of the European Parliament also adopted a resolution recognizing the Holodomor, caused by the Soviet regime in Ukraine in 1932-1933, as genocide.

From the beginning of the XXI century.

The Russian Federation denies the Holodomor as a genocide of the Ukrainian people, starting with the adoption of statements expressing protest against its international recognition as a crime against Ukrainians, and ending with the public burning of the National Book of Memory of Holodomor Victims and the destruction of Holodomor monuments.
