A 28-year-old man was detained in the Kyiv region, who was offering evacuees $6,000 to $7,000 to become "parents of many children" or "volunteers" in order to go abroad.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

The suspect and his accomplices worked out schemes to take the men abroad.

He offered applicants for $6,000 to $7,000 to issue a false certificate stating that they are "parents of many children" or to enter the "Path" program for traveling abroad.

A 28-year-old resident of Kyiv region was detained while accepting a bribe.

He is accused of organizing the illegal transfer of conscripts across the state border of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

"During the searches, mobile phones with information about citizens who applied for an illegal service, documentation with their profile data and money were found. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing with the aim of identifying all the persons involved in the criminal scheme," the report says.

It will be recalled that in Transcarpathia, law enforcement officers eliminated the channel for transporting conscripted Ukrainians across the border.
