Nearly 2,000 households in Burgas will have their solid fuel stoves replaced with new heating devices under the LIFE Program project.

The second acceptance of documents for participation in the main phase of the project, which foresees a transition to alternative forms of heating for households, began on February 1, announced the press center of the Municipality of Burgas.

The integrated project "Bulgarian municipalities work together to improve the quality of atmospheric air" provides for the replacement of the heating devices of 1,994 households in the city of Burgas.

The implementation is implemented in two successive phases - pilot and main.

Households from the central part of the city, the complexes "Vazrazhdane", "Bratya Miladinovi", "Lazur", "Meden Rudnik" - Zone G, the neighborhoods "Sarafovo", "Vetren" - "Mineralni Bani" can apply for the project to replace the heating appliances ", "Banevo", "Kraimorie", "Gorno Ezerovo", "Acacias", "Pobeda", "Black Sea" and "Rudnik".

The application documents can be submitted in the Burgas Municipality building, the Cultural House of Petrochemicals, the Energy Office in the city.

The deadline for submitting documents is April 30.
