Over the past day, on January 30, a

62-year-old civilian man was

killed and an 83-year-old woman was hospitalized with injuries as a result of enemy shelling in the Kharkiv region.

This was reported by the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov.

Last day, the Russian occupiers shelled Kupyansk, Vovchansk, Strilecha, Dvorichna and other border settlements of Kharkiv, Chuguyiv and Kupyan districts.

Unfortunately, a 62-year-old civilian man died as a result of shelling in Vovchansk.

An 83-year-old woman was injured.

Hospitalized in a moderate condition.

In the city, multi-apartment residential buildings, industrial facilities, and the building of the district department of the National Police were damaged.



In Kupyansk, as a result of enemy shelling, a transport infrastructure object was destroyed and private residential buildings were damaged.



"Combat operations continue on the contact line. Our defenders are holding their positions, inflicting significant losses on the enemy," Sinegubov informed.

An elderly woman died as a result of a terrorist act.

Residents of one of the entrances were left homeless.
