On January 31, Brovary mayor Ihor Sapozhko was served with

a summons

during a meeting of the executive committee of the city council.

Later, Sapozhko said that he had already visited the Military Commissariat and rechecked his credentials.   

He wrote about this in Telegram.

"I would like to inform you that I arrived at the Military Commissariat today and re-checked my credentials. Therefore, I have carried out the order of our military," the message reads.  

He also noted that he visited the territorial recruitment and social support center at the beginning of the full-scale invasion on his own initiative.

"I call on everyone who is affected by this not to break the law and to come to the military commissariat within the specified time to check and update their credentials," wrote the head of Brovariv.

In addition, nine men who were present in the hall also received summonses.
