The Kremlin released information about the phone conversation between the leaders of Russia and Armenia.

APA's Moscow correspondent reports with reference to the Kremlin press service that the telephone conversation took place at the initiative of the Armenian side.

The parties exchanged views on the current situation around Karabakh.

It was reported that during the discussions, the importance of consistent implementation of the entire complex of tripartite agreements was emphasized between the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"Some pressing issues on the bilateral agenda were also touched upon," the Kremlin said.

APA reports that the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia released information about this.

During the telephone conversation, the parties discussed the situation around the Lachin Corridor, the issues related to the implementation of tripartite statements, the activities of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Karabakh, and the agenda of cooperation between Armenia and Russia.
