Italy will relax its measures against covid for travelers coming from China, as from tomorrow Italian airports will require them to present a negative test for covid on a random basis, reports BTA.

Health Minister Orazio Scillacci signed an order requiring travelers from China to have a negative covid test 48 hours before their departure for Italy.
France extends mandatory COVID testing requirement for arrivals from China
The country introduced mandatory covid testing and sequencing of the virus for travelers coming from China last month.
The order takes effect from tomorrow and will be in effect until the end of February.
Italy's position on the issue is the opposite of that of France, which on Saturday extended until February 15 the period for mandatory covid testing of arrivals from China.
The rise in coronavirus cases in China and doubts about official figures have led many countries, including the US and Japan, to impose restrictions on travelers arriving from the PRC.
