Roman Vlasenko, head of the Severodonetsk district administration, said that the most difficult situation in Luhansk region is near Kreminnaya.
He said this in a comment to "Espresso".
Roman Vlasenko emphasized that large forces of both sides are concentrated in Luhansk Region.
"There are three front lines remaining in Luhansk Region - Beilohorivka, Kreminna and Svatovo. The most difficult situation is Kreminna. Powerful forces are concentrated on both sides, the front line actually remains unchanged. Our guys are on the defensive in the Belogorivka area. There is a definite advance of the Armed Forces in the direction of Svatovo." , - noted Vlasenko.
The head of Severodonetsk RA reported that Russia is withdrawing its forces to Luhansk region.
Also in this region, the occupying "power" plans to announce a new wave of mobilization.
Ukrainian defenders are destroying enemy logistics.
"The strikes were against the accumulation of enemy manpower and equipment in Kadyivka, Alchevsk, Bryanka and Rubizhny," Vlasenko explained.
We will remind, earlier the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhiy Gaidai, reported that the Russians are trying to counterattack near Beilohorivka and in the Svativ and Kremin directions.
