Previously, at one of the courts, Nastya herself told about the torture - an employee of GUBAZiK hit her with an electric shocker, and one of the employees of TIP took her to the courtyard and left her without clothes for 8 hours, because she wrote a complaint.

The criminal "Viasna case" is under consideration in Minsk.

According to this fact, at the stage of the investigation, the human rights defender

was questioned as a suspect .

She refused to testify about the activities of the Viasna Human Rights Center and the work of its members.

At the same time, she denied the fact that she moved money across the border.

• Human rights defender Nasta Loika was detained in October 2022.

  Now she is in the pre-trial detention center-1 of Minsk.

  She is accused of organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them.

• According to Human Constanta, during the arrest, Nastya was twice taken to interviews with GUBAZiK employees, where she was once hit with an electric shocker, and on November 11, one of the TIP employees took her to the courtyard and left her without clothes for 8 hours.
