The April 2 election will be binary.

Vladislav Panev from "Democratic Bulgaria" stated this in an interview for BNT.

He pointed out that the only alternative to GERB, BSP and DPS will be the coalition between "We continue the change" and "Democratic Bulgaria".

"Given such a choice, many more than 700,000 Bulgarian voters will decide that Bulgaria needs this reformist majority," he is confident.

Panev added that the programs of PP and DB overlap to a large extent, but specified that there are exceptions, for example in the "Energy" sector.

"There are elements that need to be adjusted. These are disputes that we can resolve within a week," he added.

"Democratic Bulgaria" believes that the budget deficit should be fixed, as it was during the time of the "Petkov" cabinet - at up to 3% of GDP.

"If the economy grows more, we will either be able to increase social spending or reduce taxes," added Vladislav Panev.

Kiril Petkov: Not only will we be the first political force, but we will also have a huge majority after the elections

He did not comment on names that will be on the joint lists with the PP.

"Let's not talk about lists for now, especially when the way of appearing is still not clear," said Panev and noted that the important thing is to have an agreement concluded, which will be followed in the case of a possible administration.

SDSM: All participants in the incident in Ohrid are members or sympathizers of VMRO-DPMNE

"The European perspective for Macedonia is important from the point of view of the Bulgarian national interest. Gotse Delchev imagined that Macedonians would come here to do business, study, and we would go there. The path of integration is more possible if Macedonia is in the EU. Hate will not lead to anything good. Everything should start from the history textbooks. Many people are fed by this lack of clarification and by these problems on both sides of the border, most likely fueled by foreign services," commented Panev.
