Military expert Oleg Zhdanov explained how Ukraine can accumulate reserves for a counteroffensive operation, at a time when Russia is planning its own offensive.

He said this on the air of his YouTube channel.

The expert compared that the war with the Russian Federation during 2022 resembled a closed cycle.

"We get some equipment and beat the Russian army. Then the Russian army selects a mobilization resource, we get some equipment again and beat it," he said.

But now the situation has radically changed, because after Ramstein in January, the volumes of equipment supply became much larger, according to Zhdanov.

"Now we have the opportunity to conduct two processes in parallel - conduct combat operations and form reserves for a counteroffensive. I think that now this attempt by Russia to resume a counteroffensive will be used by our leadership to transition to a counteroffensive. As soon as we conduct a defensive operation, we will deal a maximum blow to the occupying troops, we will break this chain. This is the prospect

of the end of spring - beginning of summer.

Judging by the pace of applications and the terms of training of our personnel on Western models of weapons. And it will be necessary to put these 300 thousand mobilized (Russian military. - Ed.) in our land ", the expert added.

We will remind that a "meat grinder" is currently underway in Donbas.

The Russian Federation attacks unit after unit, which are systematically destroyed by our military.

According to President Zelensky, there are constant Russian assaults and attempts to break through our defenses in Bakhmutsky, Vugledarsky and other directions in the Donetsk region.

Zelensky noted that Russia's revenge in Donbas has not stopped and is constantly intensifying there.

The ex-commander of the "Azov" regiment Maksym Zhorin said that the Russians in Donetsk Region sometimes lose more people in one day than the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost during the entire counteroffensive in Kharkiv Region.
