The Russian leadership can conduct another stage of the so-called "partial mobilization" for a new possible offensive in

Ukraine

.

This is stated in the analysis of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain on Twitter.

There, they drew attention to a message on the Internet regarding the prohibition of border guards of the Russian Federation from leaving Kyrgyz labor migrants with dual passports from Russia.

It was explained to these men that their names are on lists for mobilization.

In addition, the spokesman of the Russian dictator, Dmytro Peskov, stated on January 23 that the decree on "partial mobilization" continues to apply.

However, Putin is justified by the fact that the decree remains necessary to "ensure the work of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation."

Instead, observers question why it has not been officially rescinded.

"Russian authorities are likely to leave open the option of another draft within the framework of 'partial mobilization.' dissent," the message reads.

Mobilization in the Russian Federation

According to the propagandist Russian media, Russian media

have been banned from spreading any statements about mobilization

, even if they come from the State Duma or the Federation Council.

Officially, on December 29, Russian Defense Minister Serhiy Shoigu announced that the Russian Federation had "completed partial mobilization."

On the other hand, military expert, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan assures that

an undeclared second wave of mobilization is already underway

in Russia , during which the Kremlin issues 100,000 new "mobs" per month.

A high-ranking military official in the Pentagon reported that

Russia is sending tens of thousands of mobilized

troops to strengthen its positions in Ukraine in the Bakhmut area.

Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Vadym Skibitsky said that the Russians are not producing as much as they are losing.

Moscow began to remove equipment and weapons from storage, from arsenals.

And in case of additional demobilization of 500,000 people, there will be even bigger

problems with their provision.

In his turn, the Secretary of the National Security Council, Oleksiy Danilov, noted that

one should not underestimate the enemy, because it is deadly dangerous

.

According to him, the Russians still have a large resource of manpower, there are still missiles and "tons of military iron".

In addition, Danilov pointed out that Russians still learn from mistakes.

However, expert Oleg Zhdanov says that

the Russian Federation wants to gather 1,200,000 troops by the summer.
