CITIZENS of Wami Dakawa village, Morogoro region have asked the General Secretary of the Revolutionary Party (CCM), Daniel Chongolo to help them so that funds are available to finish the walls of the Dakawa Clinic, which has not been completed for more than 10 years.

The secretary of CCM branch number 18 in Wami Dakawa Village, Sixstus Lugenge said this yesterday while reading a letter to the leader who came to check the implementation of the party's Manifesto on the construction of various public projects.

Lugenge has said that one of the challenges in their area is the incompleteness of some buildings of the clinic since 2013, thus making other services unable to be provided in the health center.

"We are asking you to help us to complete the walls of our clinic which have not been completed since 2013," said Lugenge.

Speaking about the challenge, Chongolo has asked the Acting Executive Director of Mvomero Council, Philipina Titus to transfer the use of funds to the allocations in order to direct the amount of money to be used to finish the buildings.

"This time the director should reallocate (transfer the use of funds), this financial year so that the buildings are completed, and I am contributing one million shillings right now," said Chongolo.

The clinic is currently using some of the completed buildings to provide medical services, including a building for pregnant women and outpatients.
