Akhilesh Yadav united with Mulayam Singh's younger brother Shivpal Singh Yadav for the fourth time in the Mainpuri by-election after removing differences.

Samajwadi Party (SP) has announced its national executive on Sunday.

Akhilesh Yadav has become the national president of the party.

At the same time, uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav has been made the general secretary.

Apart from this, Akhilesh Yadav has made his second uncle Professor Ram Gopal Yadav the chief general secretary as well as Mohammad Azam Khan and Swami Prasad Maurya as general secretaries.

Akhilesh Yadav has been made the National President and Kiranmoy Nanda the National Vice President.

The list of the 62-member National Executive of the party has been shared with the official Twitter handle of the SP.

According to the list, then Akhilesh Yadav has been made the National President, Kiranmoy Nanda the National Vice President, Ram Gopal Yadav the National Chief General Secretary.

Apart from this, there will be 14 national general secretaries including Mohammad Azam Khan, Shivpal Singh Yadav, Swami Prasad Maurya, Ravi Prakash Verma, Balram Yadav.

Sudip Ranjan Sen will be the treasurer of the party, while there will be 19 national secretaries apart from the members.

Shivpal Singh Yadav campaigned for Dimple Yadav


After the death of SP founder Mulayam Singh Yadav, Shivpal Singh Yadav campaigned fiercely for Akhilesh Yadav's wife Dimple Yadav during the Lok Sabha elections held in Mainpuri in the last month of last year.

After the massive victory of the SP in the elections, he held the party's flag.

He formed his own Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohia) in 2018 and contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Relations strengthened in the Mainpuri by-election,


however, Shivpal contested the assembly elections on the SP's own symbol after being close to Akhilesh Yadav in the 2022 assembly elections.

After becoming the MLA from Jaswant Nagar, he had again distanced himself from Akhilesh Yadav.

Dr. Madhu Gupta, Kamal Akhtar, Dayaram Pal, Rajendra Chowdhary, Rajeev Rai, Ram Baksh Verma, Abhishek Mishra, Javed Abdi, Ramesh Prajapati, PN Chauhan, Akil Murtaza, Akhilesh Katiyar, Ramasare Vishwakarma, Tarakeshwar Mishra, Haji Irfan Ansari, Ramraj Pal , Tribhuvan Dutt, Ramamurthy Verma and Veerpal Yadav have been made national secretaries.
