Taoyuan Mayor Zhang Shanzheng went to the Tiangong Temple at the foot of Luzhu Mountain at 10 o'clock tonight to participate in the "Baitiangong Activity" and pray for blessings. Guotai Minan.

Today is the last day of the Lunar New Year holiday. Since Zishi (11:00 p.m.) is the Jade Emperor’s birthday (the ninth day of the first lunar month), Zhang Shanzheng arrived at the Tiangong Temple at the foot of the mountain to pay homage at around 10:00 p.m.

Zhang Shanzheng said in his speech that he was really moved to see so many folks participating in incense and holding lucky bags. Today is the birthday of God and everyone is here to be happy. I also wish everyone good luck, good health and family safety in the Year of the Rabbit.

This year's Lunar New Year, Zhang Shanzheng has visited 26 temples in the city from New Year's Eve to the third day of the Lunar New Year to offer incense and pray for blessings. In addition, he went to Tiangong Temple at the foot of the mountain to participate in worship activities tonight. He visited 27 temples and distributed 30,000 Lucky bag for the Year of the Rabbit.

Late at night today, a large number of believers gathered at the Tiangong Temple to worship Tiangong, and lined up in the temple to receive the lucky bags. The temple was full of people, and many people had a close contact with Zhang Shanzheng.
