The case of paper leak of Junior Clerk exam has come to light in Gujarat.

This exam has been canceled after the paper was leaked.

Officials informed about the paper leak and cancellation of the exam. Officials said that the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested 15 people in this regard from Vadodara.

Explain that the examination was to be conducted at 2,995 centers across the state for 1,181 posts of Junior Clerk examination in the state.

9.53 lakh candidates applied for this exam.

The Gujarat Panchayat Services Selection Board said in a statement that the police detained a suspect on the basis of a tip-off.

A copy of the question paper for the exam to be held on Sunday morning was recovered, following which the Gujarat Panchayat Services Selection Board (GPSSB) decided to 'postpone' the exam in the larger interest of the candidates.

State Panchayat Department's Development Commissioner Sandeep Kumar told reporters that the exam would be conducted in the next 100 days.

A Gujarat ATS official said 15 persons were arrested in this connection from Vadodara as the agency was keeping a close watch on the suspects for the last few days.

He said that the State ATS took a very proactive approach for this, so that the examination could be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

Gujarat ATS Superintendent of Police Sunil Joshi said that we have arrested 15 persons.

They are part of an organized gang, which is active in different states.

On the other hand, the board expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to the candidates and announced that the examination will be conducted afresh as soon as possible, for which the board will issue a new advertisement. The candidates who reached there expressed anger over the incident.

According to the police, members of the National Students' Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Congress, blocked roads and raised slogans against the government.

According to the police, many of them were detained in different parts of the state. Some angry candidates demanded strict action against those responsible for the paper leak. Police was deployed at the examination centers and bus stands to maintain order. Went.
